Hoffmann-La Roche AG E-Mail : javier.sanchez_alvarez@roche.com Proposal ID : 1482 Proposal Description: The goals and objectives are: 1- To re-estimate the transition probabilities shown in papers like Green Zhang (2016) fitting a multi-state Markov model rather than a simple fixed cohort approach. 2- To understand the uncertainty around the transition probabilities estimated. 3- To analyze what is the best way to aggregate/disaggregate these transition probabilities, as well as the use of alternative covariates to estimate the states. 4- To use different methods to impute the missing data in Green Zhang (2016), which cover around 10 of patients. 5- To update the data with more recent estimates, as the original dataset used in the paper is from 2014.
